Formed in 2020 and independently owned, Eight Hills Productions draws upon their early career success, producing and marketing many of the most impactful recent television dramas and film productions, they are now establishing their credentials as next-generation creative executives with well-honed instincts for ushering in new trends, and delivering fresh, endearing stories, told with an authentic creative approach.

The Team

Danielle is a proven film and entertainment marketing executive and the CEO of Eight Hills Productions.  She launched her career at Lionsgate studios and has successfully managed a wide variety of film releases, ranging from independent films to big-budget wide-theatrical releases.  She has led marketing for projects including, the Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard, Moonfall, and Wander Darkly and has worked with all the major theatrical, streaming and direct-to-consumer distribution platforms.  She continues to build her expertise in all aspects of film and television financing and marketing and founded Eight Hills Productions in 2020.

 

Danielle graduated with Honors from the University of Southern California with a degree that combined Annenberg School of Communications with Marshall Business school studies in Consumer Behavior.  She then continued her studies, graduating from Stanford University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship program.

Alexander is President of Eight Hills Productions. Having spent significant time during his youth on film locations, studio lots and post production stages in Los Angeles, he has always had a passion for the Industry and storytelling.  He wrote, directed and produced his first short feature MERINGUE, in 2020, which was accepted into the Los Angeles Shorts Film Festival and he now lives in NYC, and wrote, directed, scored and edited his first feature film MRS. BOOKER ON 8TH AVENUE that has caught the attention of multiple Film Festivals and received the ‘REEL LIFE’ award at the Chattanooga Film Festival.  

 

Alex has worked in production roles for a number of the most impactful and critically acclaimed shows in television, including: Lincoln Lawyer, Kidding, 911 and American Horror Story and has experience working with numerous content providers, including:  Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Fox, FX and A&E.  With Honors earned from the University of San Francisco, Alexander holds a degree in Media Studies. Adding to this achievement, Alexander stands as a two-time selection for the esteemed Grammy Camp – a prominent music industry talent collective for high school students.
